River’s Bend is a beautifully furnished cabin that sleeps 6-8 people.  The Loft has a queen bed that sleeps 2 people and has its own private bathroom. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a trundle bed that accommodates 2 people, and one bedroom with bed bunks that accommodates 2 people. They also have their own bathroom.  The basement has a futon that can accommodate up to 2, a full bathroom, with a fully loaded game room, and a surround sound system.  All linens are provided along with a complete kitchen. We have Plasma TV’s and Electric Fireplaces.  Enjoy our outside porch with rockers, small patio set and gas grill.  We have provided an outdoor fire pit area. Take the kids to the private park at the entrance of the main gate. The cabin is a beautifully furnished spacious 5 bedroom (4 bedroom plus bunk room), 3 bath log home on 8 acres with

Australian Cypress hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, 8-10 person Hot Tub and Wood Stove. HGTV Satelite TV, with

the Disney Channel and a DVD. Wireless DSL high speed internet on site. The cabin includes all stainless steel

appliances in the large family style kitchen. Situated in Green River Highlands, a private, gated, 430 acre

community nestled in the Foothills of the Smokey Mountains. This cabin is located off Hwy 74 just west of the town

of Rutherfordton, NC. Creek Side is conveniently located within 30 minutes of Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and

Hendersonville, NC., and an hour to Charlotte and Asheville. The cabin also includes a mini kitchen on the first

floor allowing the first level to function as a seperate two bedroom suite sleeping six. Two or three families can

comfortably occupy the house. The cabin is located across the street and within walking distance to the community

park on the banks of the Green River which provides you fishing, a playground, gazebo, basketball court and charcoal

grills. A small meandering year round creek winds from the back to the front of the property. Across the creek on

the property kids will find the zip line to be hours of fun. Parents can sit on the log swing by the creek to enjoy

the water sounds while watching the kids or reading a book. A large old fashioned tree swing is located on the

property up on the hill over looking the road. Creek Side is perfect for a romantic getaway or two family vacation

any time of the year. A liability waiver is required for use of amenities, including hot tub.
